Skin Fillers Orlando
In addition to BOTOX® Cosmetic – injections, our Orlando area practice also offers non-scarring skin filler treatments. Skin fillers can effectively reduce the fine wrinkles and folds in the forehead, cheeks, chin, and around the lips and mouth. After a 30 minute treatment, lines will be dramatically less perceptible, the results may last up to several months, and treatments can be repeated as desired.

Juvederm
Juvederm is the newest hyaluronic acid filler approved by the Food and Drug Administration. Derived from a natural substance found in the human body, there is no need for a sensitivity test because it is so similar to your own tissue. Juvederm treatments work to “fill out” and smooth over your skin, as well as enhance your lip size and shape.
Juvederm Ultra Plus
Juvederm Ultra Plus is the “next generation” hyluronic acid dermal filler. Juvederm Ultra Plus provides long-lasting repair of moderate to severe wrinkles and fold.
Radiesse™ Injection for Folds and Lines
Radiesse™ is a new injectable product for lip definition and filling of folds and lines. The advantage of this product is the potential for a long lasting effect.
Radiesse™ consists of calcium hydroxylapatite suspended in gel (carbonxymethylcellulose). Because calcium hydroxylapatite suspended is a normal constituent of bone, it should not elicit a chronic inflammatory or immune response. Additionally, the gel carrier doesn’t require allergy testing such as required with collagen.
Calcium hydroxylapatite has been used in humans for a long time in prosthetic implants in dental, facial, and orthopedic surgery. Animal studies and use of injectable product in vocal cords and bladder neck areas have shown the product remains soft without new bone formation when injected into soft tissue. The longest term studies come from Italy and suggest that Radiesse™ shows promise as a new agent for facial contouring with no serious effects and reasonable efficacy and durability.
Restylane®
This is a safe, non-animal-based, natural filler that restores volume and fullness to the skin, to correct facial wrinkles and folds. It is made of hyaluronic acid, which is a natural substance that already exists in the human body. Plastic surgeons and dermatologists have used it safely since 1996 in more than one million treatments in over 60 countries.
Restylane® does not require any type of skin test, so treatment can be performed the same day as your initial consultation.
