During the neck lift consultation, a few questions will need to be answered. The patient will discuss their aesthetic goals, along with their complete medical history. The target areas will be examined in order to create a surgical plan.

The Neck Lift Procedure
When the time comes for patients to get their neck lift, they will first be prepared for the procedure, and anesthesia will be administered. Incisions will then be made below the chin and/or behind the earlobes to gain access to the underlying tissues.

Once all of this has been completed, the incisions are then closed and covered with a surgical dressing. The total duration of the procedure can range from one to three hours. Patients will need to have someone else drive them home once they are cleared to leave.
